Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
* Only current TSANZ, ACN, ANZSRS, NATA, RACP., RANZCR and TOGA members are eligible for the member rate. Members will be asked to provide their membership details during the registration process.
**A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be currently enrolled in part or full time studies to qualify for the discounted rate. Students will be asked to provide proof of student status during the registration process.
*** To qualify you must apply for TSANZ membership between 20 March 2025 and 12 September 2025 before purchasing this ticket. You must have not been a TSANZ member at any point previously. If found to be in breach of these terms you will be asked to pay the difference for the correct ticket category.
**** A ticket to the networking function is inclusive in all Full Hub registrations and is available to purchase for day registrations.
***** Only available for those with Full Hub registrations or Saturday day registrations, not available if only attending Friday.

Breakfast Sessions
Optional breakfast sessions are available at an additional cost of $35 per ticket. Please note that the breakfast sessions run concurrently, so you may only select one.

Pleural Disease Hands on Workshop (Saturday Afternoon)
Pleural Disease Hands on Workshop: including US skills, IPC insertion, simulation of real pleural cases, blunt dissection skills.
Date: Saturday 13 September 2025
Duration: Half Day - 13:30 - 17:00
Ticket Price: $125 AUD including GST
Target registrants: Advanced trainees and any clinicians wishing to improve skills in Pleural Disease.

Social Functions
A ticket to the networking function is inclusive in all full registrations and is available to purchase for day registrations.

Cost: Included in full registration. Additional tickets available for guests or day registrants at $105 AUD including GST.
Registration Terms and Conditions:
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Meeting.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
- Earlybird registration closes on 27 June 2025. If payment has not been received by this date, then standard rates will apply.
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to Sunday 10 August 2025 your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of AUD100 plus GST. Cancellations made after 10 August 2025 are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be notified in writing to the TSANZ Head Office, you may do this via email: tsanzevents@thoracic.org.au.
- As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 8 September 2025 without incurring any cost penalty. The Ed Hub Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
- If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
