If you cancel your registration on or prior to Sunday 10 August 2025 your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of AUD100 plus GST. Cancellations made after 10 August 2025 are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the TSANZ Head Office, you may do this via email: tsanzevents@thoracic.org.au .
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 8 September 2025 without incurring any cost penalty. The Ed Hub Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
