Registration Terms and Conditions – Education Hub 2025 

Payment

• Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Meeting. 

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.  

• Earlybird registration closes on 12 June 2025. If payment has not been received by this date, then standard rates will apply.  

• If you cancel your registration on or prior to Sunday 10 August 2025 your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of AUD100 plus GST. Cancellations made after 10 August 2025 are non-refundable.
  
  
• Cancellations must be notified in writing to the TSANZ Head Office, you may do this via email: tsanzevents@thoracic.org.au.
  
  
• As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 8 September 2025 without incurring any cost penalty. The Ed Hub Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
  
  
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Our privacy notice outlines the types of personal data we collect and how it is used in connection with TSANZ Ed Hub 2025. If you consent,, you agree that your details (name, organisation, email) will be included in the delegate list and may be shared with parties directly involved in the event, including but not limited to venues, accommodation providers, sponsors, key suppliers, and future event organisers. Your contact information may also be used by the Education Hub Secretariat and approved stakeholders for marketing and managing this and future events. 

Photography & Media Consent
By attending this event, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. These images may be used on our social media channels, website, and other marketing materials.

Participant Conduct 
You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. 
You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at the TSANZ Education Hub 2025. 

Tobacco Declaration 
By registering for this event, you confirm that you have truthfully declared any links to tobacco-based products, more information can be read here. Please note that if a link is declared, your registration to this event will be processed pending a review of the declaration. The TSANZ reserves the right to reverse the registration should it deem the link to be of a material nature as stipulated in the TSANZ Constitution.

The information presented at the Meeting is solely intended for Health Care Professionals.  
You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest scientific, clinical, therapeutic and educational advancements.  
You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.  
Although the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand (TSANZ) strives to present only current and accurate information at its Meeting, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness.

TSANZ reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only.

If you are travelling to the Meeting, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.
