Below we have outlined the key requirements of the Speaking engagement:

  1. Content Presentation: The Speaker shall deliver a presentation on the agreed topic during the Event. The Speaker is responsible for preparing and delivering a high-quality presentation that aligns with the theme and objectives of the event.
  2. Timeline and Availability: The Speaker must adhere to the assigned speaking time slot during the Event and be available for any necessary rehearsals or technical setup discussions as required.
  3. Promotion and Recognition: The Organiser may promote the Speaker's participation in the Event (using among other things the image and biography provided) through various channels, including but not limited to the event website, social media platforms, and press releases, giving proper acknowledgment and recognition to the Speaker. The Speaker gives permission to the Organiser to reproduce any photography; audio recording and video recording taken at the Event to be used post event on any Event related digital and print materials.
  4. Confidentiality: The Speaker agrees to keep any non-public information disclosed by the Organiser confidential and not disclose or use such information for any unauthorised purposes.
  5. Intellectual Property: The Speaker warrants that any materials, presentations, or intellectual property provided to the Organiser for the Event do not infringe upon any third-party rights, and grants the Organiser a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute these materials for promotional and educational purposes related to the Event.
